Constellations
if only he knew
the constellations she sees
in his eyes,
they’re like creatures of the night.
magnificent and prideful
yet tender, so pure
her heart pours
into the unacquainted.
still she feels hopeful
embracing his existence
perhaps to him,
she remains unseen
but his enigma was hers
to unfold within
